1. Booking & Payment
- The booking must be paid in full two days before your event, This can be done all at once or a deposit up front, followed by the remaining balance later
- A non-refundable deposit of [30%] is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full [48 hours] before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges.
2. Minimum Spend
- A minimum spend of £150 applies to most services unless food is being dropped off and thus further charges apply to cover parking and travel expenses
3. Guest Numbers & Menu Finalisation
- Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed at least 2 days prior to the event.
- Significant changes after this deadline may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.
4. Service Inclusions
Unless specified in your quote, the following applies:
- Cooking and presentation of all agreed food items.
- Drop-off or on-site service as per agreement.
- Basic setup of food items (buffet, plated, or canapé as agreed).
Not Included Unless Specified in Writing:
- Full cleaning of kitchen and dishes after service
- Use of venue dishware/glassware, unless permitted
- Kitchen porter or service staff
- Table setup, décor, or furniture
- Serving utensils and table linen
5. Cleaning Policy
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning are not automatically included. These can be added for an additional fee or must be handled by the venue.
- As a goodwill gesture, light cleaning may be included at the chef’s discretion, but any deep cleaning or dishwasher cycles beyond normal use will be billed separately.
- A cleaning add-on can be provided at a fixed rate upon request.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
- While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Damage & Liability
- We hold full public liability insurance, but clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring a safe environment.
8. Complaints & Follow-Up
- Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
- We encourage transparency and professionalism, and photographs of cleaned or staged areas may be taken before departure as proof of service quality.
9. Cancellations
- Cancellations made in less than 2 days of the event may result in loss of deposit or partial refund, depending on costs already incurred.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours of service will be refunded in full
10. Pricing Adjustments
- All quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Last-minute requests or changes may result in price increases.
- Additional guests or service hours not previously agreed will be charged accordingly.
